As a residential architect I work with many builders. However I have found very few that are on par with HomeKeepers. Over the past 15 years they have helped plan and build a wide range of my projects from small renovations to million dollar homes. Their consistency with an eye to a higher standard and detail is really appreciated. They have a team approach to building which – from an architect’s perspective – adds an extra level of support and definitely fosters a fluid and professional building process from start to finish. And frankly, it is quite refreshing to work with people in this business who obviously love what they do.

I am in my 80’s and live largely alone in a very large (11,000 sq. feet) and very old house that has been in my family for over 200 years. As one would expect, the house and its outbuildings are beset by constant problems both large and small. HomeKeepers Home Management Service took charge in 2015 and has literally saved the day for me, and for the house. Lynn, John and their team have regularly conducted exhaustive inspections and arranged and supervised many repairs and corrections, large and small. Major capital projects have included roof and siding repairs, an entirely new septic system, and installation of modern electric, gas and telephone/internet systems. HomeKeepers’ charges for this work have been very reasonable. I would recommend HomeKeepers Home Management Service without reservations.
